Kenneth D. Haupt Esq.
His main focus has been on workers’ compensation matters, unemployment appeals, and public employee disability pensions. He has also had a successful appellate practice.
Mr. Haupt is the former Deputy Administrator Of The Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation where he supervised the judicial clerks, data processing, as well as serving Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Judges, attorneys and members of the public.
In addition while serving as the Deputy Administrator Of The Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Court, Mr. Haupt served as Law Clerk for the Workers’ Compensation Court Appellate Division where he has researched and authored approximately 125 Appellate Division Decisions.
Before becoming an attorney Mr. Haupt was a political operative, most notably as campaign manager for Governor Bruce Sundlun as well as former Mayor Of Providence, Joseph Paolino, Jr.
Mr. Haupt is a graduate of Rhode Island College (B.A., History, 1977); University Of Rhode Island (Master’s, Community Planning) and Roger Williams University School of Law (J.D., 1997).
Mr. Haupt is admitted to the bar of the State of Rhode Island and the Federal District of Rhode Island.
